Easy to get started

My friend kept talking about prehab so I figured I'd check it out. I got the Prehab App Monthly Membership last month to try the Hip Rehab Program. It was pretty easy to sign up, and the app itself is straightforward. I'm not super techy, but I had no trouble finding the exercises. Delivery was instant since it's an app, obviously. It's been good for getting some movement in.

Consistent app experience

I've been using the Prehab App Annual Membership for a few years now, and I just renewed it. It's always been reliable. The Shoulder Rehab Program I used last year worked well, and the new Mobility Programs they added are a nice bonus. No surprises, which is what I like.

Good value on annual plan

I was looking for something to help with my knee pain without breaking the bank. I signed up for the Prehab App Annual Membership during a holiday promotion. The discount made it really affordable, much better than paying monthly. I've been doing the Knee Rehab Program, and so far it seems like a solid investment. The video demonstrations are helpful, and it felt worth what I paid.

Thinking of getting the Prehab Guys app but also looking at ROMWOD. Anyone used both and can compare?

N Nathan Roberts 2 weeks ago
ROMWOD is super focused on mobility for like, CrossFitters and weightlifters. Prehab Guys is more about injury prevention and rehab, much broader. Depends on what your goal is.

P Paul Young 2 weeks ago
Yeah, ROMWOD is basically daily stretching routines. Prehab Guys has specific programs for different body parts and injuries, and way more instructional stuff. Not really the same thing.

Can you stack promo codes on this site? I've got a couple I want to use for the Knee Rehab Program.

L Linda Nguyen 2 weeks ago
Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code at a time. Most places are like that these days.

Yeah, I tried to combine two different offers once and it didn't work. Had to pick the better one.

Are all the app exercises video demonstrations, or is it just text descriptions sometimes?

M Mary Roberts 4 weeks ago
Everything I've seen in the app has video demos. Makes it super easy to follow along.

P Patricia Robinson 4 weeks ago
They're all video-based, which is great. You can see exactly how to do each movement.

Can I use the programs if I'm currently dealing with an injury, or is it more for preventing stuff?

B Brian Garcia 1 week ago
It's good for both, but it's not a replacement for seeing a doctor or an in-person PT if you have a serious injury. They always say that in their disclaimers.

I used their hip program while recovering from a minor strain. It helped a lot, but I'd still check with a pro if you're in a lot of pain or unsure.

Hey, thinking about getting the annual app membership. Are there usually any good discounts around certain times of the year?

Z Zach Parker 1 month ago
Yeah, I grabbed my annual sub during their Black Friday sale last year, saved a decent amount. They often have holiday promos too.

I think I saw something about a student discount or military one too, if that applies to you. Also, sometimes they do like a first month off deal.

how long does the free trial usually last? trying to decide if it's enough time to really check out the app.

O Olivia T. 3 weeks ago
I think it's usually 7 days. Enough to get a feel for it and see the videos.

Mine was a week. You can explore a lot of the library and a program or two to see if it's for you.

So, is this stuff legit? Like, are these actual physical therapists creating the programs?

M Melissa Jackson 2 weeks ago
Yep, they're all Doctors of Physical Therapy. It's not just some random fitness influencers.

J Justin W. 1 week ago
Definitely legit. The content is super high quality and based on actual PT principles. My PT even recommended them to me for some exercises.

I'm looking at the app but also saw individual programs like the Shoulder Rehab. What's the main difference there?

B Brian T. 1 month ago
The app is like, everything - all the programs, the full exercise library, constantly updated. The individual programs are just focused on that one body part.
3
J Jacob Moore 1 month ago
If you have a specific injury you want to work on, the individual program might be good. But if you want a more general approach or multiple areas, the app is probably better value since it includes all those.
